Description 
        The 2xpfu PCR Master is an optimized ready-to-use PCR mixture of pfu DNA Polymerase, PCR buffer, Mg²⁺ and dNTPs. The 2xpfu PCR Master contains all components for PCR, except DNA template and primers. Pfu DNA polymerase is thermostable with both 5’- to 3’- DNA polymerase and 3’- to 5’-exonuclease activity. Thus its fidelity of DNA synthesis is much higher than that of Taq DNA polymerase.

Conponent
        Pfu DNA polymerase（2.5U/25ul）;
        4 dNTPs（each 0.4mM）;
        Mg²⁺（4mM）.
Protocol
        1、All solutions should be thawed on ice, gently vortexed and briefly centrifuged. Add in a thin walled PCR tube on ice, for a total 50μl reaction volume，each tube 25ul, then store at -20℃，avoiding frozen-thawn repeatedly;
        2、For 25ul 2xpfu PCR Master, add forward primer, reverse primer and template DNA, then add water (nuclease-free) to total volume 50ul;
        3、Place samples in a thermocycler and start the PCR program；
        4、Agarose gel electrophoresis analysis of PCR product.
